There’s no need to wait for anything or anyone. What you’re waiting for is waiting for you. There’s no need to ask for anything… or to persuade anyone about any particular matter. What you require is on offer. What you hope to communicate is already understood… and appreciated too. If it seems, to you, as if there’s tension, it can only be because you’re looking at a situation with suspicious eyes when you ought to be more trusting… or because you’re remembering a difficult past when you should be envisaging a delightful future.
